Have your order number ready
If you are writing about an order, the order number is the one thing that turns a message into something we can act on. It is on the confirmation page you saw after checking out. If something arrived wrong or faulty, a photograph of it in the same message saves a day of going back and forth.
Three things worth checking first
Most messages are one of these, and each has a page that answers it properly and immediately.
- Which size. Every measurement, taken from the garments themselves rather than copied from a supplier's chart.
- Where is my order. What happens after you pay, and how long delivery normally takes.
- Something is wrong with it. What we can take back, what we cannot, and how to start.
How long we take
We are a small team making the pieces as well as packing them, so a reply is not instant. If something is time sensitive, say so in the first line and it moves up.
