What delivery costs

The rate is worked out from the province on your delivery address, and the checkout shows it before you pay. Because both payment methods are prepaid, the amount you are asked to send is the whole thing: the pieces, delivery, and any discount already taken off. There is nothing to settle afterwards and nothing to pay the rider.

When it goes out

Every order is checked by hand before it ships. Somebody opens your receipt, matches the reference against the account, and only then is the parcel made up. You will get an email when that happens, and an email if anything about the payment does not match.

Within Cebu, orders usually arrive in 3 to 5 days. Outside Cebu, usually 5 to 7 days.

Before you order

• Check the address, the barangay and the postcode. Most late parcels in the Philippines are late because of an address, not a courier.
• Leave a landmark in the note if your street is hard to find. Riders read it.
• Use a number you actually answer. Couriers call before they arrive, and an unanswered call is usually a second delivery attempt.
• Everything is made in Cebu City, in small runs. If a size is gone from the size list it is gone, not hidden.
