Terms.
What you are agreeing to when you order from Imperium Lifestyle. Written plainly, and written from how the shop actually works.
Who you are dealing with
Imperium Lifestyle is a clothing brand based in Cebu City, Philippines. It cuts, sews and prints its own pieces in small runs. Ordering from this site is a contract with the shop, and these terms are the shape of it.
Prices, and what happens if one is wrong
Prices are in Philippine pesos and include what the piece costs, with delivery added separately at checkout. Because both payment methods are prepaid, the amount you are shown before you pay is the whole amount: there is nothing to settle on arrival.
The price charged is always the one held by the shop at the moment you order, not the one your browser was holding. The site rechecks every price and every size against the catalogue before it takes an order, which is also why a bag left open for a week can come back and say something has changed.
If a price is listed wrongly through a genuine mistake, we will tell you before we take the money rather than quietly charge the difference, and you can walk away.
Stock, and small runs
Every piece is made in a run of a few dozen. There is no warehouse behind this and no second print waiting, so a size that has sold through has usually gone for good rather than gone temporarily.
Very occasionally two people reach the last piece at the same moment. If that happens we will contact you and refund in full. We will not substitute another size or another colour without asking you first.
Paying
- Two methods, GCash and bank transfer, both prepaid. You send the exact total from your own app, then give us the reference number and a screenshot of the receipt.
- Nothing on this site ever asks for a card number, a CVV or a banking password. If a page claiming to be us asks for one, it is not us.
- A screenshot does not confirm a payment. A person checks the reference against the account, and the order is only packed after that. You will hear from us either way.
- Send the exact amount. A short payment holds the order up until it is sorted out, and an overpayment has to be refunded before anything ships.
Delivery
₱150 within Cebu and ₱199 anywhere else in the Philippines, worked out from the province on your address. The shipping page has the detail.
Once a parcel is with the courier it is in their hands. We will help you chase it and we will take responsibility for anything that was our mistake, but we cannot control their timetable, and we do not quote a delivery window we have not been given.
An address you gave us wrongly is not a delivery we can recover for free. Check the barangay and the postcode before you order.
Returns
Thirty days from the day the parcel reaches you, on unworn pieces with the tags on. Who pays for the return depends on whose mistake it was. All of it is set out on the returns page, which is part of these terms.
Discount codes
- A code is worth whatever the shop says it is worth at the moment you use it, and the amount is worked out by the shop rather than taken from your browser.
- Each code carries its own rules: who may use it, what you have to spend, when it expires and how many times it can be claimed. Those rules are shown next to any code we advertise.
- One code per order.
- We can withdraw a code at any time, and a code obtained by guessing or by automated attempts is not one we will honour.
The designs are ours
The prints, the photographs, the words on the pieces and the words on this site belong to Imperium Lifestyle. Buying a piece buys you the piece. It does not buy the right to reproduce the artwork, print it yourself, or sell it on as your own.
Photographs of yourself wearing it are yours and always welcome. We may repost them with credit, and we will take one down the moment you ask.
What we do not promise
Colours shift between screens. A photograph taken in daylight and a phone on a night setting will not agree, and neither is wrong. Measurements are taken by hand on a small run, so allow half an inch either way; the size guide says so on every chart.
The site itself is offered as it is. We keep it working and we fix what breaks, but we do not promise it is never down, and we are not liable for a drop you missed because a page would not load. Where something goes wrong that is our fault, what we owe you is limited to what you paid for the order.
Changing these terms
The terms that apply to your order are the ones published when you placed it. Changing this page does not change an order already made, and the date at the bottom moves every time the page does.
Law
Philippine law applies, and nothing here removes your rights under it. Where these terms and the law disagree, the law wins. Consumer complaints can go to the Department of Trade and Industry.
Reaching us
Write to us. We would much rather sort something out directly than have you find out what a clause means the hard way.
See also the privacy policy, which covers what happens to your details rather than to your order.
